A review of the organization’s risk management practices (identification, evaluation, management/mitigation, and monitoring).

Using a decision tree, consider the risks associated with the possible choices involved, and provide your recommendation(s) to management. For the decision tree analysis, use data from the organization or other similar organizations, and provide justifications for any assumptions made.

· Provide support for your statements with in-text citations from a minimum of four scholarly articles. Two of these sources may be from the class readings, textbook, or lectures, but two must be external. The Saudi Digital Library is a good place to find these references.
