Power is the most important factor as it enables us to do tasks without permission from too many people. The four types of power involved are Informational source, personal source, power-based on position and relationship-based sources. All the powers play a key role in different fields to evolve new leaders and improve existing leadership skills.
For power based on position, I would like to take prime minister of India Narendra Modi as an example. He grew up from being a small tea stall owner to the leader of the nation well known across the globe. He is ruling the nation with his innovative ideas and his leadership as come from position he acquired through general elections.
For informational leader, I would quote Satya Nadella CEO of Microsoft as an example as his is an inspiration for most of the youngsters. He has lead major cloud computing projects and held various positions within the organization. His contribution to information technology has made him use his powers to create wonders within the organization.
In personal based power, we can take Donald Trump as the best example as he exhibits his own decisions very quickly. He discuses with his team the consequences before passing a bill. He seems to lead one-man army taking his own decisions in many cases.
In relationship-based power, he power is inherited from the ancestors. For instance, Mohammad bin Salman of Saudi Arabia inherited his powers from his father Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. He has successfully taken into consideration so many reforms for women rights in Saudi Arabia. He is definitely a role model to next generation kings.
