Begin your research by identifying a public (stock-traded) multinational corporation (McDoanalds) headquartered in the United States with a posted job opening for a global manager.

Based on the job posting and robust research on the company, answer the following questions in the form of an essay:

What position or philosophy does the MNC take to promote business ethics, diversity, and intercultural and cross-cultural relationships, as evidenced in its annual reports and other publications? Present specific examples to make the argument and support your conclusion.
