You need to select an organization (firm) of your choice and then your task is to conduct a comprehensive review on the following:

Identify any organization in a country of your choice and evaluate the conflict that took place in the organization for the past five (5) years (2011 – 2016) and both the internal and external process of resolving them. Examine the sources and the consequences and the structural approaches to conflict management processes that are currently in use in modern times.

Identify and assess the significance of these structural approaches and evaluate their contribution to organizational objectives? Based on your literature review, discuss what do you think would have been the best solution and what you may recommend, if any or some creative or innovative conflict resolution method that will be effective in that organization? Justify your argument with logical reasoning’s and must be backed up with literatures.

This project seeks to test students understanding and ability to apply theory to practice. The write up must not exceed 12 pages with proper citations and referencing style. We will accept and mark assignments that are between 10 – 12 pages, excluding bibliography and appendices, no more nor less. This means that too less or too much may be problematic to you. Also note that all borrowed ideas must be cited in the body of your project and that must correspond with your reference or bibliography. Note that both soft and hard copies are due at this time.
