Research Topic: Reviewing the literature on the topics being examined , as well as,  borrowing from your own readings  on ‘Managing People & Organizations; you will answer the following: _{Critically discus:}  Psychological contracts in the 21st Century: What employees value most and how well organizations are responding to these expectations

Task: Students have to address the specific topic that is mentioned above, creatively synthesizing information from various sources that are also result of their own research work (and not only using the materials from the lectures) in order to cover all the required aspects of the topic. For each provided information in the text reference/s have to be stated. All used references in the text  have to be listed alphabetically at the end of the paper following the Harvard Reference style. It is recommended students to carefully evaluate what is needed to be presented in a creative way so that to be a complete and correct academic work. The latter will have a very positive impact on the level of grade. For general criteria of assessment of the research paper see Appendix A, and for the structure of the paper Appendix B.

Any needed guidance/advice for the development of this paper, the instructor can provide feedback meeting students during office hours, Wednesday 13.00-14.00, 16.00-17.00 after appointment by email. Appointments last approximately 15 minutes per student so students have to be prepared in terms of their queries. General guidelines regarding research papers will also be provided by the instructor in the class and electronically through VLE .
