How does an organization use similar entities’ similar purchases to estimate the incremental benefits of a proposed solution.
Justify the validity of benefits that are difficult or impossible to quantify in the presentation of a traditional ROI analysis.
In your write up, you should identify and apply any relevant frameworks to explain what happened in the case, where any mistakes where made, etc. I expect you to include information from OUTSIDE the case itself in your write up.
