If there are options that influence the choice of methods then these should be presented here. In relation to your proposed project topic explore one of the following:
- a) A particular research method which you see as being feasible for your research. Your essay should include a description of the method, a discussion of its strengths and weaknesses and an assessment of how it could be used in your project. OR
- b) A particular theory or analytical framework which you could apply to your research. You may wish to include why a particular approach is superior to other approaches. You should include a full discussion of the theory/framework and include examples of its application in reported research.
OR 3. c) A literature review on the issue you wish to explore in the project. This option should include a summary on how you have approached the literature review and selected the items reviewed.
