2. Zhao, the owner of a thriving drug store, discusses the trade with Victor, the son of a friend. Victor decides to open a drug store, and Zhao loans him\ the money. As matters turn out, Victor purchases a franchise that is as much a general store as it is a drug store. Zhao considers this venture much more risky and demands that Victor find another investor willing to buy out Zhao. What argument in law can Zhao raise to suggest that Victor must do so?
