A group of French students visiting your college are keen to understand the risks which a partner assumes under English law. Using a partnership of solicitors as an example, write a report indicating:
(a) The extent to which one partner can be liable for goods ordered by another partner.
(b) The extent to which a partner can be liable for another partner’s torts.
(c) What duties the partners will owe to each other.
(d) How a partnership is formed.
