Evaluate operational and strategic considerations of international business.
A 1000word case study. Students will select a specific company (upon lecturer’s
approval) that operates in international environment. Depending on the company’s
scope, students will analyze the whole or part of their international operations.
Content and Structure:
You may adopt the following sections in your report:
? Executive Summary: a paragraph or two on the overall understanding of the
case provided.
? Table of Contents
? Introduction: Overview of the company by keeping link with your learning
and understanding of this unit throughout the trimester.
? Critical analysis of different stages of the operational and strategic
consideration in the international business environment.
? Critical analysis of the organisation’s competitive environment,
? Ethics and corporate governance of this company
? Critical analysis of the SWOT from the organizational operations in the
International market.
? Conclusion and recommendation: Summaries of above the discussion from
the introduction with in your group
? References: Refer to the AIH Style Guide and referencing method to
correctly reference material in the body of your report (in-text citations) and
in the alphabetical Reference List. References may include subject notes,
textbooks, journal articles, interviews, research articles etc.
